"Dan and his crew saved our trip! Broke down service-less on the side of the highway 2,500 km from home. He took the time out of his afternoon to pull over and give us a hand and make sure we got to a hotel nearby; he spent hours along side me phoning anyone who could possibly tow the car before nightfall.
